In The Secondary Market for Life Insurance: Current Trends, New applications, we examine the trends that are driving the secondary market's continued growth and review the five most common applications being used by advisors today. We will specifically discuss term settlements, policy replacement strategies, Retained Death Benefit Options (with and without a cash settlement) and settlements for smaller face policies.

Learning objectives for the program:

  1. Discover what a life settlement is and how it can benefit clients.
  2. When clients should consider a life settlement.
  3. Understand the parameters for life settlements and what impacts policy value.
