MESSAGE FROM THE ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL OF BROWARD, INC. Estate Planning Council of Broward County Michael E. Mader, CFP ® - President 2023-2024
Dear Members and Colleagues, I am honored to address you today as the newly elected President of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County. It is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of responsibility that I embark on this journey alongside each and every one of you. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for entrusting me with this role. As we stand at the threshold of a new year, I believe it is imperative for us to embrace a bolder vision for our organization. We are a community of passionate individuals committed to making a positive impact on our field, and I firmly believe that by pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together, we can truly transform the local environment and our organization. We achieved working through the challenges of the pandemic over the past few years with our collaboration, and knowledge-sharing. However, I believe that there is untapped potential within our midst. It is my vision to harness that potential and unleash it with renewed vigor, propelling our organization to even greater heights. To achieve this, we must encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation. We need to be unafraid of taking calculated risks, pushing beyond our comfort zones, and embracing change as an opportunity for growth. Let us challenge the status quo and actively seek out new perspectives, unconventional ideas, and disruptive solutions. Additionally, collaboration will be the cornerstone of our journey towards a bolder vision.
