MESSAGE FROM THE ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL OF BROWARD, INC. Estate Planning Council of Broward County Rachel B. Chaimowiz - President 2026-2027
To our Members,
I am honored to serve as President of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County for the 2026-2027 year. Whether you are a longtime member or joining us for the first time, thank you for contributing to a group that continues to be such a meaningful part of our professional community. What I appreciate most about our Council is that it brings together professionals who approach estate planning from different perspectives. Our membership includes attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, insurance professionals, trust officers, charitable planning professionals, and others who all see different pieces of the same picture. When we have the opportunity to learn from one another, our work becomes stronger and our clients and community are better served. My hope for this year is that our Council continues to be a place where members can build real relationships, exchange useful ideas, and leave each program with something practical to bring back to their own work. I hope our events continue to feel engaging, welcoming, and informative for our members. I invite each member to come to our meetings ready to meet someone new, reconnect with familiar faces, and enjoy being part of a community that is strengthened by the relationships we build together. This year, our Thursday evening dinner meetings will be held at the Lauderdale Yacht Club from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Please save the following dates: February 18, 2027; and I hope you will make plans to join us. Thank you again for your membership, your support, and the expertise you bring to the Estate Planning Council of Broward County. I look forward to a wonderful year ahead.
